A love letter to the opening track on Bal Sagoth's second album. The idea of black dragons soaring around a mountain just has an inspiring feel to it.
This is, of course, a completely original piece, but I think it does a reasonable job of capturing the feel of their symphonic instrumentals.
I kind of wanted to have this as the opening track, either for side 1 or side 2, but at the same time, it's best to open with a bang so in the end, it sat between the two parts of the Evil Dragon/Dragon King storyline.
